METAGUARD CU:
This is a water based corrosion preventive concentrate formulated exclusively for copper components (raw or coated). When the copper components are dipped in water containing this additive, will provide maximum protection to the metal without affecting its electrical properties. This environmentally friendly, water soluble process deposits a monolayer forming a dry hydrophobic non-tacky film. Advantage comes in its room-temperature operations and no processing parameters to control making it easy to operate. Life of components have been extended by 6+ months post this treatment. Has shown excellent performance on copper waveguides, bus-bars, etc.
METAGUARD COBRA:
This specially formulated water-based concentrate for brass components forms a thin invisible film offering best corrosion protection to brass. This RoHS complaint, hard-water stable chemistry that can be applied by immersion or spray.
METAGUARD AL:
This is a room-temperature drying, RoHS compliant, chromate free, water-based corrosion inhibitor concentrate for aluminum and its alloys offering best-in-class protection to the metal / alloys. Its monolayer bonding provides excellent corrosion protection for 1000+ hours of salt spray. Its ease to operate and can be applied by immersion or spray.
METAGUARD ZN:
This is a ready to use formulation for ZN / Fastener industry to provide surface protection. This is a transparent dip-coating that should be applied post all operations and air dried overnight / cured at 95C for 30 minutes. Low thicknesses (1-2 microns) have shown salt-spray life improvement to 150+ hours for acid zinc (and 180+ hours for alkaline zinc). Coating thickness can be improved by additional dips. No processing parameters makes it a very easy process to adopt.
METAGUARD MS:
Unique bonding properties of this RoHS compliant, chromate free water-based product offer improved corrosion protection for steel/mild steel and its alloys. Its ease of operation – dip or spray – and room temperature drying has made this the most sought after product in the industry. This is environmentally friendly product.
CHEMOPOL SS:
This is water based chemical which cleans and removes the coloration formed during heat treatment on Stainless Steel springs without inducing any stresses in the spring during operation. This non-electrolytic dip process does not remove any base material during the operation making it easy to operate.
