SILICON CARBIDE:
We offer high purity (>97%) free flowing, sharp black Silicon Carbide powder with knop hardness 2480. This ultra fine Silicon grit offers excellent abrasive properties for intricate lapping and machining. It is also used for lapping natural stones and fine ceramic stones (recommended for second stage lapping). Fine powder makes precision lapping a reality. Other Applications: ceramic brake discs, armor material, seal ring material. Product available in 3 microns and 8 microns (average particle size).
MOLY DISULPHIDE:
We offer high purity MoS2 powder (>98.5%) for various applications offering excellent lubricating properties Product available in 2 microns (average particle size).
PTFE:
Ultra fine, white, free flowing micro-ionized PTFE powder offers superior performance for dry lubrication. Due to its low coefficient of friction (CoF), it can be brushed on surfaces for non-stick properties. It also finds use in making various proprietary formulations. Average particle size: 3.25 microns.
