METALUBE-1088:
This is a water based chemistry that deposits PTFE anodized parts for high performance & lubricity meeting Mil-A-63576, Type I, AMS-2482, ASTM D1894-08 specifications. Chemical is functional up to 200°C and can be applied by immersion or spray and then air dried overnight or cured at 95C for 30 minutes. Typical application: Aerospace parts, any anodized part that needs lubricity in addition to hardness.
METALUBE-2088:
Uniquely formulated formulation offers excellent anti-galling properties for stainless steel fasteners, other threaded components and springs. Its advanced formulations has also shown to improve the corrosion performance by 25%.
METALUBE-3088:
This specially formulated water based chemistry for superior mold release. It also offers enhanced corrosion resistance. Its unique bonding properties offer improved lubrication and longer wear ability. This is an environmentally friendly transparent coating can be applied by spray or dip and then cured at 215C for 15 minutes.
